Meet josh
Josh always knew an office job was not for him. From a young age he thrived outdoors, with a practical mindset and a keen interest in plants and trees.
After studying Horticulture at Kingston Maurward College in Dorset, he went on to further his studies in Arboriculture at Bicton College in Devon. Josh has now been working within the arboricultural industry for over 15 years, gaining extensive experience across domestic, commercial and local authority sectors.
During his career he progressed into team leader and supervisory roles within an Arboricultural Association approved company, developing strong foundations in leadership, safety and quality control.
Cambium Tree Care was established as a limited company in 2018, bringing that experience together under a business built on high standards and long-term vision.

Josh remains actively involved in the development of the business, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency, working practices and overall service standards.
Serious investment has been made in the company’s growth, including advancements in equipment, training and operational procedures. This commitment ensures that both staff and clients benefit from safer systems, improved efficiency and a more streamlined service from initial enquiry through to project completion.

Yes. All members of the team hold the relevant industry qualifications and work in accordance with BS3998 recommendations for tree work.
